Before the new year comes around I thought I would do a quick post to farewell 2012! Although this year has been filled with Year 12 stresses and studio arts emotional breakdowns, the creation and expansion of this blog has definitley been a highlight and we're so so glad that we could share it all with you.

On a completely different (less emotional) note... we at Nimoca are absolutely obsessed with instagram. Whenever we get a spare moment this magical app is always being refreshed refreshed refreshed

If you haven't already you can follow us @nimocablog
It's a *super easy to keep up to date with our recent purchases & favourite things as well as snaps from our everyday lives, that we don't always post here on our blog. Pics or it didn't happen right?

*Side note: I really need to stop saying super

Next year we will be doing everything we can to make this blog bigger and better.
Have a great New Years Eve (and day)!
Catch you on the flip side, laterrrrrrrr

Next Thursday I'm going on a cheeky cruise to the Pacific Islands, so this may be my last post of 2012 (audience cries).  Because of this, I have obviously got to pack - a task which I am hopeless at doing.  I always seem to forget the essentials; for example, pajamas   So, I've started to pack a week in advance, to try to minimize the possibility of me leaving anything behind.
I've also realized that I have forgotten how to simply 'like' something.  I've lost the ability to 'like', instead, I 'obsess'.  For example, I now have an obsession with fingertip rings (see: picture 1).  I've yet to decide whether or not this is a good thing or not.  Leaning towards it not being the greatest.

On the plus side, we got our ATAR scores and are now officially finished with high school!!  It's so strange, knowing we won't be returning back to school next year...  It's all over.  However, now you won't have to deal with us complaining over exams/study scores/ATAR's.  Positives in everything, eh?

For now, have a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and a fabulous New Year.  Obviously, Caitlin and Monique will still be posting, but NI is bidding you a farewell.  Speak to you in 2013!

ASOS 50's Poppy Print Bikini Top and High Waisted Briefs

My bathers arrived yesterday-just in time for me to take them to schoolies!  I love them; the clasp at the back of the bikini top isn't difficult to use (it might be just me, but sometimes, those clasps can be miniature rubix cubes) and the briefs start just under the belly button and look quite flattering.  ASOS is my true love.

Last night I had my brother's soccer/football presentation, and out came the ensemble that we've previously blogged about (you can see it here).  I paired it with this gold ring I found in my mum's jewelry box (what) and there you have it!

My apologies for such a generic commentary on this post, it is 10.10am and my brain isn't functioning properly.

So 2 weeks ago I turned 18 OHHHH YEAHHHH FREEDOM!!!
Kidding, we have VCE exams in less than 2 weeks and I still don't have my licence.

Sorry. Enough complaining for one post!
I have been obsessed with the Jewellery label Dannijo for sooooo long now. Seriously, everything is so pretty I want to weep
So you can imagine my reaction when I was gifted this Mr. Dannijo "Leeloo" necklace. Which is the result of a collaboration between the Dannijo sisters and Leandra Medine aka the Man Repeller herself. Perfection.

(Oh, and yes that is a dog you see. No you're not imagining it. Hazel was being a real pest as per usual and I thought she may have wanted to try it on... turns out she didn't)

Untitled #17

These Charlotte Olympia Kitty flats are possibly the greatest shoe we could ever buy... they're just so cute and quirky and the mini gold coloured heel adds some extra height to people like Nicolette who need all the help they can get.  Except, summer's coming up here in the motherland of Australia meaning closed toe flats like these can get really gross really fast.  Therefore, we're at a cross roads as to whether or not it's a good idea to invest in a pair at the moment.

However, the three of us cannot decide whether or not we prefer the flat kitty's or wedged kitty's (wow that sounds so strange if you say it out aloud).  Care to help us make a decision? We're indecisive.

So many posts! We're getting better at this right? right?
You don't have to answer that

Anyway, here is another installment in the story of our lives entitled "wishing we were on the streets of Paris wearing a Givenchy Rottweiler tee, but rather we are studying for year 12 exams"

The following is a list of insightful things we learnt whilst pondering these images:

a) Nicolette & I are literally in love with those Balenciaga boots
b) Dolce & Gabbana has created the most adorable collection... ever.
*see: lady-like florals, doilies, tapestry, cherubs, omg
c) If we don't own a communal Givenchy Rottweiler jumper/tee/bag (haha tea bag sorry my apologies) in the next 6 months there will be problems
d) Spending hours envying street style snaps is a lot more beneficial than actually reading a textbook

Hope you're having a more exciting weekend than we are!
